Appointments During Office Hours
📅 Office hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Appointments can be made by calling between 08:00 – 11:00 AM.
The GP assistant will ask about the reason for your visit to plan accordingly.
A standard consultation is 15 minutes and covers one main issue.
If you need more time or want to discuss multiple concerns, inform the assistant when booking.
If your consultation runs longer than expected, your doctor may ask you to schedule a follow-up appointment.
No-Show Policy
If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone.
This allows another patient to be scheduled in your place.
If you miss your appointment without notice or cancel too late without a valid reason, you may be charged a fee of €50.00. This fee is not reimbursed by your health insurer and must be paid by you.
